Free Online PDF Unlocker from Lifehacker

If you are working with PDF files, you have probably notice that sometimes these files are equipped with certain security restrictions, not allowing you to perform regular editing operations. These files are protected with passwords, and you need certain software utilities to unlock them.

Lifehacker is offering you a simple on-the-run solution to unlock the files without extra software or password. Simply drag a copy-protected PDF onto PDF Unlocker's icon on the page http://lifehacker.com/396534/freeware-pdf-unlocker-enables-copypaste-functions-without-passwords, and a new, non-protected copy will be created.

The online utility will not remove the password, needed for more advanced operations with the file, but if you just need to unlock copy/paste and editing restrictions on a PDF, it will make a job.
