Michael, you may also want to check out our product, AlmostMeet, which is currently in private beta. It's like a combination of Skype, WebEx and Dabbleboard, and is the first purely browser-based solution for peer-to-peer voice, video and desktop sharing. Like Dimdim it also uses Flash, but uses a Java applet for desktop sharing rather than an installed application. In general, our focus is on collaboration in small groups (-say- about 4 people) where everyone's an equal participant, rather than presentations where one person presents to many others. Would love to hear from you and get your thoughts on it.
Hi Zohair,
Thank you for pointing on a new product. At the moment, there is not much information posted on the site. I submitted my email for trial to review the proposed offering. Do you plan to offer the services for free?
Hi Michael,
have you ever heard about TeamViewer? TeamViewer is a remote control and desktop sharing solution of the TeamViewer GmbH in Germany (http://www.teamviewer.com). TeamViewer establishes connections to any PC or server all around the world within just a few seconds. You can remote control a partners desktop to give online assistance, or you can show your screen to a customer - all without worrying about firewalls, IP addresses and NAT. TeamViewer also has a lot of other features. All this is free for personal use. Find out why more than 15.000.000 users trust TeamViewer!
All the best,
Jasmin

Hi Jasmin,
Yes, I have tested Teamviewer, and I am quite pleased with its performance and capabilities. I would say that it is definitely one of the best in its class on the market. The only complaint that I got from my friend that some of the features available in freeware version, appeared to be on the trial basis, and required purchasing the full version (which is not cheap).
Tell you truth, I even considered to purchase the commercial version for my department in the office (I am a Field Service Manager), but due to the economic situation, the application has been denied, and I have to use only freeware utilities for the remote desktop management to support my customers.
Can you release one commercial license in exchange for a good review :).
Anyway, Team Viewer is worth to look for anyone.
I want to suggest you try http://www.showdocument.com - its an alternative tool for dimdim that allows document sharing and Free Web meeting in real-time. all the participants in the session see each others' drawing, highlights, etc. It is free and requires no installation.
Josh
